Sanfeng Environment introduced Waste-to-Energy technology from German Martin GmbH in 2000. The licensed technology include the full package of stoker-boiler, flue gas cleaning and control system ranging from facility engineering, equipment manufacturing to operation.

Through more than twenty years of application, combing with the characteristics of Chinese municipal waste, Sanfeng has made necessary optimizations and formed special experience to treat low heating value waste for developing countries, by which we are now capable of providing EPC, equipment supply, project engineering, operation and maintenance services.

★ Technical Process

Sanfeng Environment has the world's largest stoker manufacturing workshop, with annual production capacity of 60 sets. The specifications of products include INC300, INC 600 and INC750 etc. Waste treatment capacity per stoker ranges from 200 to 1,050 TPD.

★ INCONEL Cladding Workshop

In 2018, Sanfeng Environment built the INCONEL Cladding Workshop, in order to provide value-added service for our global customers. It will increase the heat resistance and corrosion resistance of the heating surface of boiler water wall by welding a special layer of INCONEL, and therefore significantly prolong boilers' life span.
